About HECGT

Who is Qualified?

The tournament's primary objective is to provide a competition for Houston EPC firms. EPC firms compete in 10 person teams organized into 5 twosomes. Play is for the HECGT Trophy and bragging rights. Suppliers are also welcome.

EPC Teams

EPC Teams must meet the following criteria to enter the tournament:

1. Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors are qualified to enter.
2. Persons on EPC teams must be full time direct employees or full time contract employees.
3. Persons must work in the Houston area office of the EPC company. Persons on an out-of-town work assignment qualify if the Houston area office is their home base.

Supplier Teams

Suppliers are welcome and encouraged to play in the tournament. Suppliers will be playing for prizes on an individual basis and competing for the Supplier Trophy, but will not be competing for the HECGT Trophy.    Call for information.   

EPC Individuals

Individuals interested in playing on their EPC company team, but don't know who the contact is, contact us and we can provide the contacts for your company. Golfers are encouraged to join their company team. Maximum number of team member is 10, but EPC teams with less than 10 players will not be denied entry in the tournament.
